We are experts in projects that address sensitive and yet commercially vital business issues for public and private sector clients, for example:-
In research, synergy between interviewer, interviewee, and the end client, is essential. Only with suitable gravitas, skillset, and market knowledge, can interviews engage and uncover the sensitive insights that underpin attitudes, opinions and behaviour.
This evidence is essential in delivering solutions based outputs that support the strategic decision making of Management Teams.
We are experts in this three-way relationship, ensuring we are able to deliver results that make a difference.
The L&Q projects were deemed a top priority by their Senior Management Team.
Acutely aware that Welfare Reform is having a severe impact on some residents, and with the cost of eviction being prohibitively high and extremely challenging for all sides, they identified a need for qualitative research projects to uncover solutions that would support their most vulnerable tenants. They recognised the value in understanding resident attitudes and, critically, getting them on board with targeted and workable solutions.
The project identified:
We used compelling case studies, video/ ethnography, and Thought Leadership support, to bring these audience experiences to life for our client.
The combined effects of Welfare Reform are creating a new and challenging environment for residents, HA’s and LA’s alike. The recent reductions in the Benefit Cap and roll out of Universal Credit have been identified as a challenge for some and a potential catastrophe for others. Risk of default in rental payments is a growing issue all HA’s and LA’s are going to face.
Projects like this give residents a voice/ channel to air their issues which, in turn, helps facilitate new levels of trust and closer relations.
Through understanding audience needs and testing solutions, new ways to engage and action change can be identified.
Such projects do not only uncover unique insights but are a cathartic experience for those taking part, generating positive opinions of the commissioning companies.
“The management team all stated how useful they found this project to be and that it will be invaluable in informing our future approach to audience engagement and strategy.”
